Warranty Policy

Dana Douglas Inc. offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects on the neXus ™ series, INFINITI ™ series, RIVA ™ and EXCEL ™ frames and a five year warranty from the original purchase date on the 4200 ™ series walking aid frames.  All distributed parts and components including frame components, metal push handles, hand brakes, caster and axle components are warrantied against defects in materials and/or workmanship for six years from the original purchase date on the neXus ™ series, INFINITI™ series, RIVA™ and EXCEL™ walkers and five years on the 4200 ™ series .

Those items not warrantied are all tires, tubes, seats, trays, cables, rods, cable sleeves, foam and/or rubber hand grips. Service and/or labour charges are at the discretion of the vendor and are not the responsibility of Dana Douglas Inc.

Dana Douglas Inc. will not warranty any parts damaged by improper installation, repair and/or alteration by an unauthorized agency or individual or parts damaged by neglect, accident or misuse on the part of the agency or individual. Dana Douglas Inc.'s sole liability extends to repair or replacement of parts or components as previously specified. The foregoing is in lieu of any other warranties expressed or implied, whether written or oral.
