Returned Goods Policy and Procedure

In the event that components and/or parts cannot be forwarded for product repair, or a warranty is in question, please contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Goods Authorization (an R.G.A.). All returns require a R.G.A. number provided by Dana Douglas Inc. A copy of the R.G.A. will be forwarded via fax to be used as a packing slip. In the event that no fax is available, please clearly mark the R.G.A. number provided on the package.

All merchandise returned must be freight "PREPAID" and must have a valid R.G.A. number affixed to or included in the box. Any returns shipped "COLLECT" or without a valid R.G.A. number will be refused. All merchandise returns are subject to inspection by Dana Douglas Inc. Any merchandise that is found to have a manufacturer's defect will be either repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Dana Douglas Inc.

In the event that replacement part(s) are required immediately, they will be shipped and invoiced out at cost and a credit will be issued once the damaged part(s) are received and inspected by us. No replacement parts are sent for products that are not considered warranty items.

Merchandise credits will be issued at the sole discretion of Dana Douglas Inc. Unless otherwise specified, freight charges are not subject to credit. All merchandise discrepancies, shortages on orders or claims regarding damages in shipment must be made within five (5) days of receipt of order. All returns not due to a manufacturer's defect are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Such merchandise which is returned unsuitable for resale will not be accepted.
